The Commission for A New Georgia
Administrative Services Task Force

The Task Force examined options for public financing to provide capital for a sound infrastructure while preserving the State’s AAA rating.

The Task Force recommended alternatives to finance capital projects, strategies and practices for debt-management, and consideration of private equity investment.
